RapidQuotes4u.ca processes your first and last names, gender, telephone number, e-mail address, particulars about your home and household, any personal details (such as hearing and difficulty walking) and content comments as provided by you via the various contact forms on the website, and other information you actively divulge to us, for example in correspondence and over the telephone. On the basis of the contact form you completed on our website, you will receive a phone call to offer you the various quotations from our Suppliers. RapidQuotes4u.ca may also process your address details and any other personal data for sending quotations from our Suppliers if this is necessary for making a suitable quotation. In addition, RapidQuotes4u.ca may use your e-mail address for sending offers from our Suppliers and similar service providers if you have given permission for this.
Purposes
RapidQuotes4u.ca processes your details for making offers and sending Supplier quotations requested by you for a stairlift, platform lift, home lift, walk-in bath, walk-in shower, mobility scooter, car adaptation, solar panels, coffee maker, water cooler, or hearing aid or other (similar) service or product in which you showed an interest. We will always take into account the preferences you indicated. Furthermore, we also process your information for the execution of an agreement between you and a Supplier and for sending e-mail newsletters if you provided your permission. Your (address) details can also be used to inform you of offers selected for you and special promotions from RapidQuotes4u.ca, its group companies and third parties within the senior (and similar) products and services sector. We also use your information for analysis and
research in order to gain more insight into our website visitors, and so that we can finetune our services. Moreover, RapidQuotes4u.ca may use your e-mail address for Custom Audience targeting via Facebook, whereby only those people indicated by RapidQuotes4u.ca will see the advertisements. RapidQuotes4u.ca does not accept responsibility and liability for the way Suppliers process your details and how you can object to the processing of your information by a Supplier. For this, read the Privacy statement from the relevant Supplier on the Supplier website, for example. RapidQuotes4u.ca also cannot be held liable in case of a breach of contract by
the Supplier. RapidQuotes4u.ca will not divulge your information to parties other than the Suppliers, unless required for the execution of an agreement with you, or to comply with a lawful obligation.
